How to clean and prep boat bottom for reapplication VS721?

VS 721 has been applied to new boat in Spring 2020 and now preparing for next year. Which product or combination is best for mild brown to green discoloration prior to re-applying vs 721 next year

Hi David,

From the photo you sent, it appears that all you have is some light slime on the bottom of your boat. The VS721 has done its job and prevented the bio-fouling from penetrating into the gelcoat. It looks similar to what my boat looks like at the end of the season. On my boat, the slime easily washes off with a Marine Power Mitt and some Boat Clean Plus.

I suspect that you can easily remove it with Boat Scrub and a Marine Power Mitt or sponge. If it’s tannin, or tea stain, and is more difficult to remove, Green Genie or Waterline Stain Remover will get it off, then you can prep the surface with Boat Scrub and re-apply the VS721.
