Can VS721 be applied over anti-fouling paint?

Hi Kenneth,

VS721 must be applied to clean and dry gelcoat on fiberglass boats. It is not suitable for use over anti-fouling paint. The paint needs to be stripped off first. Proper prep is with Boat Scrub.
