How do I prevent algae from sticking to my pontoons?

VS721 is what you’re looking for. I also suggest applying a protective coating of Alumetron before to fill in the grain and make the aluminum more smooth. The smoother the surface, the more difficult for the algae to stick. If you need to get the algae off use Algex (see our Video). You can brighten the aluminum with Alumabrite CBX and if it’s badly stained or has streaks, Alumabuff will take that off. These products will make your pontoons clean and silvery and keep them that way.
