Hi Dave,
No, Alumabrite CBX will not remove Alumetron. To clean algae from the pontoons, you need to use Algex.
If your pontoons are a little cloudy, you need to strip off theew.html Alumetron with lacquer thinners, buff them back to a new boat mill finish with Alumabuff and a Linear Buffer and then reapply Alumetron and VS721.
