How to restore an inflatable kayak
Sandra Carr asked:
We have a 5 year old nrs maverik inflatable kayak. It has lots of white oxidation and gunk build up on it. What is the best way to remove this? It is a blue pennel-orca fabric. It needs some restoring. Also is there somewhere where I can purchase in a store.

Use Speed Clean with a Marine Power Mitt to restore the fabric and Poly Guard to protect it. If you leave it in the water for any period of time or just want to improve the performance by increasing the glide per stroke and reducing paddle fatigue, apply Repelin to the bottom, over the Poly Guard. It’s proven to resist the attachment of fouling, dirt and salt and give you a slick surface to improve the performance.
