Dear Boat Owner,
 
The Covid-19 virus pandemic is upon us.

We’re asking for your understanding and patience during these trying times. Many people are staying home, physical distancing, or working from home to stay safe, and many are taking this alone time to work on their boats and get them shined up and ready for the summer to come. After all, what better place to practice Social Distancing than on your boat.

We’re trying to stay open for as long as we can. Our non-essential staff are working from home and we’re trying to maintain our excellent customer service and the high quality of boat care products that we have become famous for, but it will be difficult. Some of our suppliers have already advised us that they have closed down which means that we may run into back orders for lack of raw materials and supplies and there may be delays in shipping as well.

Some of our dealers are holding back on their orders for fear of the worst and that has resulted in an unusually high demand on our On-Line Orders which is putting an additional strain on the limited staff that has agreed to keep working in support of our customers. We’re doing our best but we need you to understand that some things will be beyond our control for the near future.

If you plan to work on your boat and need Aurora Boat Care Products, we encourage you to order them as early as you can as this will increase your chances of getting them, in a timely manner.

Hopefully this pandemic will only be a flash in the pan and will soon be over so we can get back to our normal lives.
